You don’t need Vitamin Water, you just need good ol’ water. In fact, you don’t need most of the stuff you’re being sold. Meal replacement bars, and energy drinks, and ‘cutting edge’ supplements. You need the tried-and-true basics. Real food, time away from tech, sweat every day, functional movements…and of course, strong coffee.
You would do your bank account, sanity, and health a favor by keeping it simple. Never chase a fad. Those people could all be headed the wrong direction. Eat your greens and turn the TV off.
Put some lemon in your water and stay on your feet. You’d be amazed at how your day (and attitude) will change.
